Major client strategy assessment. SM no where to be found and we don't know what to do. We filled out the interview forms and updated the powerpoints. But when we got into the wrap up meeting they wanted us to explain how to impliment the recommendations. Frankly, we didn't even understand the recomendations. We thought the slides spoke for themselves. We have another meeting next Wednesday - can you help? We can't contact the VP or the SM. |

I'd call Paul directly and have him attend the meeting. He'll have even less of a clue about how to implement your recommendations that you do, but that French accent is so darned charming.
