Hi
I am a SAP SCM Consultant for a consulting firm with an MBA(SCM) degree from an average US university and 6 months experience. My salary is $40,000/ year. I do not have any experience between my undergrad and grad school. Is this a reasonable salary? With 1 or 2 years exp. in SAP SCM what could I expect from Cap Gemini? Your replies are highly appreciated.

Do you work for Accenture? Sounds like it.
At Cap, staff consultants make on average around $60K. More if you have a masters. Good luck.
