Darestep did indeed fade with the dot-com, but we have a full burgeoning User Experience practice (including I might add the design and award winning MLOL).
Howard Tiersky (VP) leads the UE practice.

The user experience research and award-winning design/development work for Merrill Lynch Online was done by a UE boutique firm by the name of MAYA. (www.maya.com).
CG was, admittedly, in the ML offices (different floor) during the time MLOL was being developed...by CG case study standards that qualifies them to take full credit for it's development.
