Yes Capgemini has a major IT Transformation practice across industries - what type of IT work are you looking to perform?
Don't listen to ex-Cap employees who are disgruntled and have no idea of current conditions, especially those who are not on the IT side.

Oh, by the way for those who don't know the code, the term major IT Transformation practice at CG means "we've got some bodies that do SAP, Oracle, JDE/Peoplesoft etc. depending on where you're located geographically. Yes we're a tad more expensive than Infosys, but then we don't have nearly as many H1-B's on our teams either"
