I don't know how anyone can put a price on your personal career risk/reward equation. But if I were you...sales professional with a high octane performance track record and two bona fide offers competing against eachother...I'd ask CG for a signed 1 year pre-severage agreement (base plus bonus at plan) if they terminate me for any reason other than cause, with cause defined as malfeasance or misfesance or fraud. That way when they fired me because I couldn't make impossible targets, my downside would be covered.
