Had interviews in Sep - given assuarances of offer letter soon - but no news till now.
Recuiters, Interviewers not responding to calls, mails etc etc.
Does this mean the position is dead?
Anyone from the Ottawa office have any info....please help.

You need to move on to something else.
They didn't have a project to staff you immediately, so they never followed-up on the offer...
Try another company... they're hiring.
