The best way is to reach out to someone who already works for Cap (level doesnt really matter) and have them refer you through our internal process - gets your resume through the screening process more quickly and the referer gets a bonus if you're hired. |

Definitely go with koyaanisqatsi's advice... the internal referal will get you an interview (provided your resume is decent and you have a pulse)...
