Hi muddafudda,
First of all best wishes for your upcomung decision! May the best (CAP or ACN) win in attracting you!
BTW, what was the process at ACN like? Was it a 3 step interview process (HR, Senior Exec and in-person)?
Have they set a target / quota for you during the interview(s)?
Is your comp structure tied with this target?
Some insight will be highly apprecitaed as I am gearing up to talk to 3 of the big 4 (IBM, CAP & ACN)for similar roles. Thanks in advance. |

If you like Tiger Woods and better job titles, then certainly go to ACN ... but remember, you'll have a ton of people to compete with internally...
Capgemini is in a recovery and you'll probably get plenty of room to make things happen... it's a smaller outfit, and if I were a sales guy (and a good one at that), this might be a place to make hefty comp.
In the end, consulting companies are equally good/bad from a sales exec perspective...
