...but it would be nice if we were told about it before we find out in our paychecks. Has anyone heard what their raise % will be? |

Raises are being finalized by the group this week and will not be communiated until late next week. They will not be in paychecks until 2/15 or 2/28 (but as ususal will be retro to Jan.)
