i can't say that is my experience at this moment. our financials from last year are looking good (seriously, just wait), jobs are selling, we are certainly looking at a bench that is in line with continued health, and morale is positive. there are a lot of competent people still left and chugging away at it and a lit of bright people coming in the door. it is not "every girl for herself" as you mention, but rather an environment of team as it's always been. if you are looking for stability, open up a starbucks. |

I might as well add my 2 cents... got some experience as well. Currently on one of are largest projects with over a hundred of us on it. Morale couldnt be worse... over promised.. under delivered (as usual).
False promises are being made and projects are being sold as a result.
Your choice is between ACN and CG... having worked for ACN i can tell you that they are hardly different. Go where they pay you more.
Stability wise... Cap is probably the worst of the lot. Nature of work, I found accenture to be worse. If you are a tech head you will like it, if you arent a tech head you will become one.
