Mudda:
As a former Cap employee for the past 6 years, I can tell you that the company has deteriorated quite painfully over the past few years. Morale is low and they are having a difficult time getting people (including a bunch of new hires) off the bench.
Most of the competent managers, VPs, etc. are gone. The company doesn't seem to have any direction or a strong leader in NA that can steer the company in the right direction. It's been an atmosphere of 'every man for himself.'
Not everyone there sucks, by any means, but if you're looking for stability, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.
Cheers.

i can't say that is my experience at this moment. our financials from last year are looking good (seriously, just wait), jobs are selling, we are certainly looking at a bench that is in line with continued health, and morale is positive. there are a lot of competent people still left and chugging away at it and a lit of bright people coming in the door. it is not "every girl for herself" as you mention, but rather an environment of team as it's always been. if you are looking for stability, open up a starbucks.
