Anyone have word on promotion pay increases for this year? Rumor is 5 - 7 percent, but I was told this was HIGH!!! What happened to the days of 10 - 20%??? Regards, Cowboy |

It has been years since 10-20% promotion raise has happened. It has been a constant 6% at least for the last several years - I believe, since 2001.
