1. Remove the incompetent regional leads in Midwest, East, South and West (Most lack vision, leadership and winning attitude)
2. Remove all the national leads including platform leads (Most of them are very incompetent).
3. Recruit people at the leadership level from the consulting industry and elsewhere.
4. Strategic acquisition of small but successful consulting firms in key areas.
5. Define the firm??s vision for next few years and follow through the vision.
6. Fire all VPs who are incompetent (less than 25% of current VPs are fit for the position).
7. Develop strategic partnership with hardware and software vendors (Now the partnership is limited to some sales activities).
8. Focus on people development (training, training and more training)
9. Encourage people to write books, publish papers and give presentations etc.
10. Remove the current NA leadership and replace with someone from a strategic consulting firm (Mckinsey or BCG).
