I have been offered a Business Analyst position at Deloitte Consulting's Pittsburgh office and a Staff Consultant position at Cap. I have make a decision between the two by the end of this month for a start date in mid-Feb. Have been trying to evalute between the two options but hoping to get some advice from this group. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

after talking to the interviewers you kind of have a general feel of the people and i think you can judge from there. the jobs should be quite similar but its the people factor that matter the most in terms of actually being happy at work. money can help too. i also know deloitte doesnt do much strategy work and has a small group but that also means its harder to get in.. your in a good setup so whatever you choose im sure will be good.
