I'd be interested in knowing the region and the industry. Is this an OS gig?
Why exactly are you looking for new employment?
And what's your point regarding cost-of-living? Are you under the impression that there is no rationale for a company to seek annual increases in rate due to increases in cost? Or are you implying that the client was lied to somehow?
Your reference to sharing salary and benefits info with the new outsourcing firm is confusing. Can you clarify? If indeed this is all going down, wouldn't this exchange of information be part of the standard due-diligence that any firm would undertake in order to better appreciate the #s of the deal?
Regarding the Account Exec, well, you're probably right there. How about the Delivery Executive? Any different?

I would prefer to stay as anonymous as possible but I can tell you that the Client has been lied to on many different fronts. At the same time the Client is notorious for late payment, reneging on verbal agreements, and more or less under funding us. As far as the sharing of Salary info ?? Don??t you think that screws over the employee because now they know what we currently make and they can base any offer on that number? Looks to me like it is fairly easy to do the old ??Take it or leave it ?? scenario. It is hard to negotiate when the other player knows what you hold in your hand.
