I pushed the offer up by talking about a competing offer. If the numbers are close, then CG will close the gap. At least, that is what I was told.
No signing bonus for me, but if you push for the relocation bonus it'll be worth it. I think it is 2.5k for distances over 50 mi., although, that distance is somewhat negotiable.
