Thanks for your response but I am wondering why all the posting that I see on this site seem to be from the director of PR?? Your reponses seem to be tyring to "sell" the company instead of giving people the feedback that they are looking for. Quite honestly, no company is perfect and your postings make Campbell sound like Shangri-La - this really makes me doubt the reality of how things function there. Especially given the fact that no other current employees seem to be posting to this site supporting your claims. Do you actually have anyone else (besides yourself) that have these wonderful experiences? Based on the responses from some of the ex-Campbellites posted on the ZS site, there are two very different opinions on your company's culture. If this is old news, why aren't the consultants, sr. consultants, managers, senior manager, etc. writing in and supporting you??
I would suggest that you start balancing this site with some actual consultants comments to give it credibility. |

This is not the appropriate forum for the PR team of Campbell Alliance to be doing their damage control. My suggestion is to try to solve the problems from the inside out rather than using an online chat room to manage perceptions. The purpose of these postings is to give actual information--not the company's PR spiel.
