Hello,
Since pharma is a male dominated industry, could you give me some insight into your company?
What is the ratio of men to women in senior positions? (Director level and above)
What programs do you have in place for working mothers? (I have heard top consulting companies offer very competitive benefits for top talent and since you're expanding to Boston and Chicago, how does this fit with your strategy to attract women and minorities?)
