In Reply To: So you lost sick leave entirely? I currenty get 6 sick leave days a year and ten days of leave. That's like losing an entire week of leave annually without compensation. How much leave does CACI give annually? You mentioned six holidays with four floats. Is that a total of ten days or six, with four of them being floats? Was it pretty much a straight changeover? Same pay, same position? How much is thier 401K match? Do they off3r a pension plan other than the 401K? Do they have a ranking structure based on pay? If so, how does that work? How does career progression work?
Message: We were allowed to keep 1 week of sick leave. CACI does not offer sick leave. That will be explained to you later. The six holidays and four floaters are a total of 10 days. In addition to that you get leave based on your years of service. The changeover took sometime due to our previous company having different schedules and procedures for doing business. Our pay stayed the same but our titles changed. There is a 401k match of $.50 for every dollar up to 6% contribution. There is no pension plan. There is a ranking structure based on pay but the ranges for each position are wide and overlap. You will get your introduction from CACI and they (HR) will go over all that.
