My company was bought out by CACI also. CACI has the same benefits as most other companies. With our buyout we lost our sick leave balances and a few holidays. CACI offers 6 holidays and 4 floating holidays. With my old company we got Thanksgiving and the day after as a holiday. CACI doesn't do that but you can use your floaters for the day after Thanksgiving. Their medical plans are okay. The paydays are weird. With my old company we got paid on 15th and the last day of the month. With CACI, the paydays are 7th and 22nd of the month. I am still trying to get used to that. |

So you lost sick leave entirely? I currenty get 6 sick leave days a year and ten days of leave. That's like losing an entire week of leave annually without compensation. How much leave does CACI give annually? You mentioned six holidays with four floats. Is that a total of ten days or six, with four of them being floats?
Was it pretty much a straight changeover? Same pay, same position? How much is thier 401K match? Do they off3r a pension plan other than the 401K?
Do they have a ranking structure based on pay? If so, how does that work? How does career progression work?
