My company (ISS Inc.) is in the process of being bought by CACI. Anyone go through this with another company? Was it a good thing or bad? What are the benefits like at CACI specifically? |

My company was bought out by CACI also. CACI has the same benefits as most other companies. With our buyout we lost our sick leave balances and a few holidays. CACI offers 6 holidays and 4 floating holidays. With my old company we got Thanksgiving and the day after as a holiday. CACI doesn't do that but you can use your floaters for the day after Thanksgiving. Their medical plans are okay. The paydays are weird. With my old company we got paid on 15th and the last day of the month. With CACI, the paydays are 7th and 22nd of the month. I am still trying to get used to that.
