It really depends on the area of the firm you are going to be working in. I left after 10+ years, I worked in 5 departments within the firm and just got fed up with the unfair range of salary / bonus given out. Ops you get the lowest of the low, banking / equity divisions are alot better (if you are titled employee) but the performance reviews I thought were supposed to make things better but they did not and not that I did not try to make it work. It is not a pay for performance, it is just a review and it doesn't justify the salary or bonus you get. enough said, it is your decision, but like the other guy before me here - if you can wait to January - february when people tend to move - see other offers and opportunities
