Hi,
I got an offer from a second-tier management consulting firm in Germany (90K EUR salary + bonus+ relocation from US to Germany) for a consultant position. The package doesn't include health insurance though. With the high cost of health insurance in Germany and high income tax rate, the offer doesn't look like a good deal.
Does compensation packages in Germany usually include health insurance?
