I'd like to gain insight on what people have done to gain their contacts or start initial conversations with recruiters, etc, rather than the traditional way of applying online, or just a career fair.
I'm looking for advice from people who have already been in the workforce & have made a move from one firm to another.
My Background: I hold 7.5 years of experience
providing advisory services to clients. Experience from a Big 4 & industry. I have technical skills in audit, SoX, business processes, and CRM. I hold 2 Masters degrees.
