By means of a contact at one of them, and career fair at the other.
Interviews were regular case interviews. 2 rounds at each firm.
Bain was 2*30 minutes + 2*45 minutes. All except my final interview had cases.
BCG was 2*45 minutes + 3*45 minutes. Cases were actual problems that the interviewers had worked on, with a few slides / charts thrown in when I asked for the right info.

How does BCG look at the structure of your analysis? Do they look for a particular type of framework, or just that you solve the case with a basic structured analysis?
Also, What did they look for in the fit piece of the interview? Resume? Experience? Relating it to consulting?
