As far as I m aware, most undergrads enter at associate level. They are then promoted to senior associate before they leave for MBA.
MBAs enter at consultant level.
And non-business master degree candidates enter at senior associate level.
this is based on my understanding. Check the BCG page... it spells it out there. |

Indeed I have a non-business master degree. But, I have also 3 years of work experience (2 in industry and 1 in consulting)...
