What's the working environment like for support staff in Chicago office? (or others, if that's your experience). You know -- admins, presentation specialists, etc. Are they generally temps or temps-to-perms or perms? Do people every progress up and out into other roles, following their interests and growing professionally? |

You won't get any professional development if you are part of the support staff. All time and money is poured into the consultants development. I have a friend who worked in the NY office and heard things were bad for support staff.
