Just a couple years out of MBA (core BCG school) ... worked for a major strat consultancy (currentky in comparable role) ... helps to have internal Officer as a reference ... would probably have a much more difficult time getting in the process without it. |

Interesting. So you have a partner-level reference at BCG? Is that what you mean by officer?
How are the interviews this time around? Are they still giving you cases, or is it just more conversational?
