My guess would be that they are working on your offer by now. It is quite possible they are waiting for the partner signoff which could take long.
You should keep checking with the recruiter on the progress without sounding desperate. |

I finally got an offer by phone.
No signing bonus. I'm trying to get a 5% signing bonus.
Is it high or low ?
