Maybe its because they are looking to hire in an experienced person rather than a out-of-college line person?
Maybe ill get the standard "behvioral" questionaire" at the end?
Not sure.
What DOES seems "standard" now is the lack of reply back from the HR person.

Does sound a bit strange. I'm based in Europe, but I have heard in some US offices the HR people take their time.
Did you see a client-facing person in addition to an HR person?
If so, why not call them?
