BAH has made so much money lately it's crazy. I don't think this compnay has had layoffs in decades and our growth is tremendous.
Take a look for yourself, we have 900 job openings worldwide for an 18,000 person company. It isn't because there is a lot of turnover either. We are simply expanding quickly because we are driving superior results.
The bottom line diff is that BAH has WTB, no other consulting firm has anything similar. BAH is one of the most succesful companies in the world because our commercial and government sides work together as a team. I know it sounds cheesey but it's true. When Commerical takes a hit, WTB delivers, and vice versa.
In the last few years however, both sectors have done incredibly well. That's why Boozer2005 said "way above plan", and he's right! |

We have had a good year and will finish on or slightly above plan across all business units -- first time that has happened in a while. But I am aware of no unit -- with the possible exception of some of our smaller international businesses (e.g., Middle East) that are way above plan.
This is not speculation. I see the numbers.
