i'm currently applying to classic strategy consulting type firms, so hope to do more CB side type work. however, i talked to an insider and reading the boards, there really is no cb side.
how is the merger affecting culture, since the two seemed really distinct before?
how does a merge like that work? or do people tend to get the same type of work as they had before?
if i'm trying to work at BAH, how do i position myself so i do more CB type work? |

To say there is really no CB side is incorrect, and even absurd. I'd find yourself a new "insider", and fast!
There is increased teaming going on and some practices have a different project profile to a couple of years ago. If you really want to do typical CB strat stuff, say so, and align with a practice like FS.
