I'm assuming you're at Mercer now? If so, we have very different definitions of "morale" -- I know 3 people from undergrad at Mercer, and they tell me morale there is horrible and that the firm is taking a nose-dive (they're getting out and going for their MBA).
Meanwhile, Booz is way above plan and is quickly growing most of its industry and functional practices (esp energy, transportation, and media). |
