Another disgruntled TB employee.
As an HBS grad and assoc in CB, take it from me, the firm is tops: interestting work, great exit oppts, awesome people. Plus, we can leverage TB's strengths when needed (eg, where the private and public sectors intersect, as in health care, energy, transportation, aerospace -- very nice industries to be strong in!). The TB side is a very attractive comp advantage that is difficult to replicate. A friend who works for bcg tells me how their partners recognize this and are scrambling to create a similar ability.
Of course, the one downside of having TB is it sometimes creates disgruntled people who can't perform -- that's one cost of size.
So disregard the occassional disgruntled employee. BAH is a great place to be both before and after your MBA. |

Wolverine_hbs, it seems we've been educated at the same institutions. Undergrad I studied econ/math, and my masters was in gov at HU. I'm currently trying to get into TB but it seems the recruiting window has closed. Any advice on how to initiate a dialog with a recruiter would be much appreciated. Thanks.
