I had an interview for L4 at BAH.
1st interview I met 2 L4s and 1 Principal (individually)
2nd interview, I met with another L4 and then a Partner.
I got a message that they like me and are looking at where to place me.
Now I got a call for a 3rd interview. This time to meet some more principals and another partner.
I'm totally confused what to expect now!
Any pointers ?

You mentioned after the 2nd interview that they liked you and are looking at where to place you correct?
My guess is that These other principals and partner may be in the group you would be in and like to interview you. it sounds pretty confusing but I think because you would be a Level IV, they don't want to make a mistake.
Just keep your answers consitant and you'll be fine. Also, unless you are making a killing right now, they WILL low ball you salary wise. Be aware that raises are usually pretty low at Booz Allen (like 4-7% on average). Get the most you can early!
