I say it is a great compnay because the only problem I have is w. the salary. We have an outstanding training department, and management always encourages people to learn more. Also, mobility inside the frim is easy and not looked down upon. In fact, there is very little your L IV can do to prevent it.
The people are well educated and the compnay is diverse. When you think about market leaders, and what characteristics are associated with great companies, BAH is a lock.

thanks for the insight! Its sad to think how much emphasis salary has on our lives but you def can't disregard it. we need a roof over our heads and food on the table right? All the other stuff you mentioned is really important to me though so it'll be a tough decision if i get low pay...thanks!
