Any position involving an operations functional role would be part of the Worldwide Capabilities unit after April 1. There are various pockets of Operational capability spread throughout the firm today. So the relevant question would be where will the positions be based after April 1. |

I agree with what you are saying. I will talk to the recruiters about it. I have been told for now that this group will work on commercial and government side in a 40-60 split. My friend was offered a salary some what between the WCB and WTB standards with an extra 15% when ever he is working on a travel intensive commercial project thats longer than 6 weeks. Can you shed some more light on this "bonus" and the background business model ? Also, will the ECAP benefits (10%)be applied over the base or eventual annual salary (base + 15% commercial work bonus) ?
