What do you mean by "where is the EBA group?
If you mean where is the partner, she is in McLean.
If you mean where do we all work, the answer is pretty much everywhere.
I work in San Diego but EBA is all over the country. I can't imagine there not being EBA team members at most major military commands/government complexes.
