There is NO integration of WCB and WTB. That would be a really stupid thing to do. Each has evolved to a model that meets the needs of its market, and each is highly successful in its market.
What is happening is that clients now have access to the full capabilities of the institution, in both the public sector and private sector.
I wouldn't blend a Harley Davidson with a Mercedes SUV, but its awfully nice to have one of each in the garage. |

I really see this as a huge adv for booz. As I've mentioned in other posts, this is especially true in industries with a big gov't overlap -- energy, healthcare, aerospace/defense. Leveraging our full caps is long overdue.
