...certainly not generalised arrogance across WCB. There should be (and generally is within the firm) a recogition that the two divisions simply bring different thing to the table, without a judgement about what is better/cooler. It is a statement of fact that MOST people in WCB would not want to work in WTB and vice versa because of differing types of work, lifestyle, career path and remunerations. Simple as that. |

You are spot on. I doubt more than 1% of the employee population would want to change sides. But that doesn't mean they don't look forward to the opportunity to take their skills -- operating within their existing career path -- to clients on the other side of the great divide.
