In WCB, all client facing staff get bonuses. Up to 25% for associates, 40% for Senior Assocuates and 60% for Principals. Not sure what the max is for consultants and senior consultants.
By the way, it would almost impossible for you to end up in TB without your consent, if you were hired into WCB. |

Vudu - in which division you are employed? I'm assuming CB but you seem to have a solid understanding of both sides of the coin.
Also, I wonder if you have any thoughts on the mini MBA program touted on the BAH website. As I mentioned before I've got a couple of advanced degrees (one technical) and a business background but do not have a MBA. Is the program all the website claims it is? Are there many opportunities for non MBA's with advanced degrees as implied on the the website?
