New to Booz Allen here ... is this traffic typical of the arrogance I can expect from WCB?
Are there any positive examples of cooperation out there between WCB and WTB?

...certainly not generalised arrogance across WCB. There should be (and generally is within the firm) a recogition that the two divisions simply bring different thing to the table, without a judgement about what is better/cooler. It is a statement of fact that MOST people in WCB would not want to work in WTB and vice versa because of differing types of work, lifestyle, career path and remunerations. Simple as that.
