Don't know a whole lot about TB, but I can tell you that most of TB is "consulting" --wargames, process improvement, logistics, supply chain, etc. This is certainly consulting, though not 'strategy' per se. |

My guess is that 10% of what WTB does is strategy. Another 10% or so is related to general management consulting. Perhaps 20% is classic IT systems development. The remaining 60% is heavily oriented toward technology consulting, program management support, etc. -- essentially staff augmentation with a very heavy implementation focus. I don't think that last 60% would be considered consulting by most people in the industry.
