99% of CB work is 'strategy', though as mentioned, clients demand some implementation follow up.
For the firm as a whole (~3.75 BB), CB comprises significantly more than 10%! CB is much bigger than Monitor! Revenues are more in line w/ Bain, little less than BCG. |

I think not. My guess is that 10% of what WCB does is strategy, and another 40% of what WCB does involves a component of strategic thinking in the context of large scale restructuring programs.
