Any one have a good feel for how much of the business at Booz is pure strategy work vs. implementation work? I always thought Booz was close to 90% strategy?

99% of CB work is 'strategy', though as mentioned in other posts, clients demand some 'implementation' follow up.
For the firm as a whole (~3.75 BB), CB comprises significantly more than 10%! CB is much bigger than Monitor! CB revenues are more in line w/ Bain, little less than BCG.
