WTB is a pure govt services body shop. IMO, the word "consulting" should not be even used in WTB. One can simply think of WTB as a temp STAFFING AGENCY for the govt. Why it's called Worldwide TECHNOLOGY Business is beyond my understanding. Sure there are some technology work done, but by no means is that the majority. |

Don't know a whole lot about TB, but I can tell you that most of TB is "consulting" --wargames, process improvement, logistics, supply chain, etc. This is certainly consulting, though not 'strategy' per se.
