TB and CB are merging. In what sense? Not in terms of career path, compensation, travel, expectations of work life balance etc... or even in the type of work sold. TB will continue to sellTB work and CB will continue to sell CB work occassionally leverage TB skills... |

You are right. There is no merger. WCB and WTB have been disassembled and the parts reassembled into logical units.
The big change is that all of the industry/domain teams (Health, Auto, National Security) will be able to sell and support ALL of the firm's functional capabilities. We will let the market drive this, not our former organizational walls. We've been testing this for a while and the market response has been extremely encouraging.
