New to Booz Allen here ... is this traffic typical of the arrogance I can expect from WCB?
Are there any positive examples of cooperation out there between WCB and WTB?

There are some good examples of collaborative efforts. These tend to be featured prominently in the firm's communications so check out the web page.
Is WCB arrogant? One shouldn't generalize. My observation is that some of the senior people may have exhibited arrogance in the past but don't anymore. It is the junior people who seem to demonstate this most. Maybe it is a hangover from having attended a top MBA program and therefore thinking that you are a superior form of mankind. It seems to fade with personal maturity.
Over time, it becomes hard to argue with a business (WTB) that leads its industry in reputation, routinely attracts some of the most senior people out of government to its ranks, and has doubled its business every 3 or 4 years for the past decade or more.
