In Reply To: I interviewed at Booz (McLean) a couple of weeks ago on the TB side. Here is how it went. 5 of us were met in lobby by recruiter. He escorted us to their interview area and we sat around a small conference table for a 30 minute company and benefits overview. We then were moved to separate interview rooms for a series of 4 - 30 minute interviews with 1-2 people each from the prospective future working area. Interview rooms were quite small, but adequate and each had 3 chairs, a small round table and a white board with markers. Interview questions were more centered around what the firm was up to and inquiry as to how you would see yourself fitting into the firm. No case study questions. No wacky questions "How much does the moon weigh" etc Interviewers were all Principals/senior associates. Very informal, courteous and cordial experience. I have over 20 years experience and expect to be offered something at L3 or L4 depending how badly they need my skills. We'll see.
Message: Just a suggestion. There are some people at Booz Allen who bristle at hearing the firm called by the name "Booz". You might want to play it safe and use "Booz Allen" instead. Would hate to see something as trivial as this get in your way.
