have worked in CB for awhile and love it. am not worried about "sbt". not sure what that even means. i feel like i've worked on very strategic projects, at least as much so as friends at mck, bcg. clients are looking for a combo of ops, strategy, tech. and booz offers a strong set of all.

Boozer2005 (or anyone else with an opinion they'd like to share) - would you mind providing your thoughts regarding the questions I've asked in my previous post? As a former govt contractor, I saw and experienced many of the negative things that have been described as characteristic of the TB side. I am considering a move to BAH but really dont want to deal with that type of environment again. As such, I am trying to get as detailed perspective on the differences between the two groups.
Any detailed insight is very much appreciated.
